​​Who are we?

The Lambeth Riding Homeowners Association is comprised of homeowners in the Lambeth Riding community in Newark, Delaware.  The "Association" has a Board of Directors elected by the association members.  It is comprised of a president, vice president, treasurer, secretary, and 3 directors


What do we do?

The Board is responsible for collecting dues, managing contracts for snow removal and front entrance maintenance, and facilitating community events such as holiday festivities and annual picnics. 


The Board meets quarterly to review topics of importance to the Lambeth Riding homeowners.  All homeowners are welcome to join the Board meetings, and are encouraged to attend the Annual Meeting in September when a new Board is elected.


President

​​*Preside at all meetings of the LRHOA and Board

*Appoint all committee chairmen and in the case of the nominating committee, 2 other members as well.  

*Appoint as needed to fill any vacancy that may occur during the year

*Execute official documents in the name of LRHOA.

*Perform other duties usually associated with this office


Vice President

*Assist the President in the performance of his/her duties

*Perform all duties of the President in the absence or disability of the President

*Be primarily responsible for the neighborhood snow removal.  Soliciting the contract and overseeing contractual obligations.


Secretary

*Keep a written record of the proceedings of the LRHOA and Board

*Notify LRHOA and Board of all meetings, agendas, meeting results and any other matters that call for such notice

*Maintain homeowner distribution lists in conjunction with the Treasurer

*Responsible for correspondence of the LRHOA

*Assist the President in performance of his/her duties

*Greet new residents in LR and provide information about the LRHOA

*Distribute up to date LR Directory by April 30th of each year


Treasurer

*Responsible for the funds of the Association, pay all the bills and keep accurate accounts of all transactions.

*Reconcile the bank account

*Present a financial report and proposed budget for the next year and provide a recommendation for HOA Dues for the annual meeting.

*Responsible for filing 1120-H, Delaware Franchise Tax and any additional ta related forms & documents

*Submit the DelDOT snow reimbursement forms

*Collect Association Dues


Directors (3)

*Assist the Officers as necessary in the execution of their duties
